How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a keypad door code, any time after 3 PM. We send the code and directions before arrival. Checkout is by 11 AM.
How fast is the WiFi?
250 Mbps fibre plus a wired ethernet line at the desk — solid for video calls and remote work.
Is there parking?
Free parking on the premises, first-come first-served, plus paid options nearby.
Can I use the pool and gym?
Yes — the rooftop pool, gym and BBQ area are included with your stay — the roof is directly above the studio, one short flight or elevator ride up.
Is there laundry?
A full-size washer-dryer lives inside the studio — rare for a studio, ideal for longer stays.
What if I need to cancel?
• Within 24 h of booking — full refund, minus payment-processing fees, if check-in is still 14+ days away.
• Up to 14 days before check-in — 70% refund.
• Less than 14 days before check-in — no refund.
• The 30% deposit option is non-refundable — that's the trade for its discount.
• If your dates re-book, we'll refund up to 100% (minus processing fees) no matter when you cancel — we're a home, not a platform, so write to us first.
• Our calendar syncs with Airbnb automatically; in the rare case the same dates are booked there moments earlier, we may cancel your reservation — you'll hear from us within 24 h with a 100% refund, fees included.
Is the tap water drinkable?
Tap water in Playa del Carmen isn't for drinking — like most homes here, the unit has no drinking-water filtration, so plan on bottled water from the shop steps away. For longer stays (2+ weeks) we can arrange a garrafón (20 L refill jug) for a small service fee — just ask.
